The point here is connectivity by Rail & Road... HYB is way way better connected to UA than what now seema zilas to VSKP..

Once good connectivity is in place shouldn't be a issue.

Connectivity will happen once development takes place

I am not sure, if you completely understand. What it is not 3 capitals. Judicial, legistlative arms are not seat of administration. To develop a greenfield city, you have spend a lot of money which unfortunately the state does not have. We cannot give in to the whims and fancies of a vacuous visionary. Instead of spending heavily on developing a greenfield capital, it is better to build on the best possible place in the state and a unanimous answer to that would be Vizag. Spend less reap more.

If you think anyone that is supporting the move to Vizag is a Reddy or a YCP supporter, you couldn't be more wrong. Keeping all your eggs in the same basket is highly illogical and stupid, if i can say that. Develop all districts equally to their strengths. For example, Hindupur in Anantapur district and Tada in Nellore district are very suitable for the services sector. Very good connectivity exists and also airports are available in the form of Chennai and Bangalore. We don't even need to spend on that. Similarly East, west could very well be home for aqua culture based industries, Kadapa and Kurnool can cater to several manufacturing based industries etc. In the same way, Amaravati can become hub to industries that don't disturb the ecological balance of the place. Educational hub?? Agriculture research institue?? Pharma research hubs?? Something similar.

Why would you even want to spend atleast 50K crores to develop the basic infrastructure of one place? Infrastructure should grow according to the demand. You cannot build a Singapore or a New york. They develop over time based on the opportunities and need. For a state in debt, to even choose a project of this magnitude for capital is completely unwarranted and stupid. And for the architect of this madness to be called a visionary is even more surprising. If at all anything, he is a vacuous visionary. I do not give into the argument about the caste equations behind such a decision. That is quite unnecessary. There are logically several points against the building of a greenfield capital without even getting into the shitty discussion about castes.
