You can lose weight by not doing any excercise and following a strict diet . You need to reduce carb intakes , for starters try not eat anything after lunch and also eat the same amount of breakfast and lunch . There are hundreds of diets to follow but all I can say is just follow a strict diet , exercise can help you get good frame but not lose weight  Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
