కేసుల నుంచి విముక్తి పొందడానికి కేంద్రంలోని బీజేపీ పెద్దలతో సన్నిహిత సంబంధాలు నెరపుతూనే ప్రత్యామ్నాయ మార్గాన్ని కూడా జగన్‌ రెడ్డి రూపొందించుకున్నారు. కేసుల నుంచి బయటపడే విషయంలో సహాయ పడతారన్న నమ్మకంతో గుజరాత్‌కు చెందిన పారిశ్రామికవేత్త అదానీతో ఆయన సన్నిహిత సంబంధాలు పెట్టుకున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఓడరేవులను, ఇతర వ్యాపారాలను హస్తగతం చేసుకోవడంలో అదానీకి జగన్‌ ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా సహకరిస్తోంది. ముంబై ఎయిర్‌ పోర్టులో వాటా ఇవ్వడానికి నిరాకరించిన జీవీ కృష్ణారెడ్డిని, ఆయన కుటుంబ సభ్యులను సీబీఐ, ఈడీ కేసులలో ఇరికించిన అదానీ ఇప్పుడు జగన్‌ రెడ్డి బలహీనతను ఆసరాగా తీసుకొని రాష్ట్రంలో పాగా వేసే ప్రయత్నాల్లో ఉన్నారు. అయితే, అదానీ చెప్పినంత మాత్రాన జగన్‌ను కేసుల నుంచి బీజేపీ పెద్దలు విముక్తం చేస్తారని చెప్పలేం. అయినా అంబానీ, అదానీ సహకారంతో కేసుల నుంచి బయటపడాలని జగన్‌ అనుకుంటున్నట్టు చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ ప్రయత్నాలేవీ ఫలించని పక్షంలో మళ్లీ జైలుకు వెళ్లడానికి కూడా జగన్‌ రెడ్డి ప్రత్యామ్నాయ కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించుకున్నారని చెబుతున్నారు. అవినీతి కేసులలో తనకు శిక్షపడి జైలుకు వెళ్లవలసి వస్తే ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా తన స్థానంలో తన భార్య భారతిని నియమించాలని ఆయన నిర్ణయించుకున్నట్టు సమాచారం. ఆ కారణంగానే న్యాయ వ్యవస్థతో ఢీకొనడానికి కూడా ఆయన వెనకాడటం లేదని చెబుతున్నారు. అయితే, కమలనాథుల ఆలోచనలు మరో విధంగా ఉన్నాయి. జగన్‌ ప్రభుత్వంపై ప్రజల్లో వ్యతిరేకత ఏర్పడిందన్న నమ్మకం కుదిరాక అవినీతి కేసులలో విచారణను వేగవంతం చేయాలన్నది బీజేపీ పెద్దల ఆలోచనగా చెబుతున్నారు. అప్పుడు వైసీపీని బీజేపీలో విలీనం చేయాలని జగన్‌పై ఒత్తిడి తేవాలన్నది కమలదళం వ్యూహంగా చెబుతున్నారు. ఇందుకు జగన్‌ నిరాకరిస్తే అవినీతి కేసులలో ఆయనకు శిక్షపడి జైలుకు వెళ్లాల్సి రావచ్చు. అయితే, వైసీపీని విలీనం చేసే ప్రతిపాదనను జగన్‌ రెడ్డి ఇదివరకే నిర్ద్వంద్వంగా తిరస్కరించినట్టు చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో బీజేపీ, వైసీపీ మధ్య సంబంధాలు ఎప్పుడైనా దెబ్బతినే అవకాశం ఉంది. ప్రతికూల పరిణామాలకు సైతం సిద్ధపడాలని జగన్‌ రెడ్డి ఇదివరకే తన సన్నిహితులకు స్పష్టంచేసినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. భవిష్యత్తులో బీజేపీ అనుసరించబోయే వ్యూహాన్ని బట్టి జగన్‌ రెడ్డి పూర్తికాలం కొనసాగుతారా? లేక భార్య భారతి ఆయన స్థానంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి అవుతారా? అన్నది తెలుస్తుంది. 30 ఏళ్ల పాటు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉంటానని నమ్ముతున్న జగన్‌ రెడ్డి భవిష్యత్తు ప్రస్తుతం బీజేపీ చేతిలో ఉంది!

The high court dismissed a petition filed by Navayuga Engineering Company Limited challenging the decision of YSR Congress party government headed by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to terminate its contract for the construction of the hydro-power project.

The infrastructure major Navayuga had bagged the contract in 2017 when N Chandrababu Naidu of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was the chief minister.

The court also vacated the stay it had ordered on the project works, agreeing with the contention of state advocate general S Sriram that the writ petition filed by Navayuga was not tenable as it had already approached the arbitration court to settle the issue.
