lets agree there is instituionalized racism... current govt reps de kada.... why don't think take immediate action and solve this

BLM basically talks about systemic racism by white people, by cops. I don't think there is systemic racism in the police department, I think it's individuals who are racist.

Here they are calling affirmative action as systemic racism, which it is not, but can be thought to be.
