Its the same in the Boston suburb area. House gets listed at 499, 524 etc to pull in crowds. 
2 days lo offer deadline - review time ki oka 15 offers vastayi atleast 10 of them over asking. 

We did 6 offers that did no t get it. All offers 25K+ over asking.

People are willing to give up inspection on 60 year old homes which I am not ready to do so.
