DGP Asks Chandrababu Naidu To Show Evidence

The story of illegal tapping of phones using cutting edge technologies by the government of Andhra Pradesh on the banner of yellow media seems to be backfiring. Chandrababu also reiterated the same followed by the news item.

Now the Director General of Police of Andhra Pradesh Gowtham Sawang has written a letter to the opposition party leader Chandrababu Naidu to produce evidence on this matter as there was no complaint received from any quarter so far.

In the letter, the DGP has also mentioned, "I reiterate that we stand committed to protect the Constitutional and legal rights of citizens and persons guaranteed under the constitution of India and other statutory laws, including the Right of Privacy".

So, now the ball is in the court of Chandrababu Naidu. If he fails to produce the evidence his conspiracy will be exposed.

It is the point of common sense that such big allegations can be made only with concrete or circumstantial evidence. Otherwise, everything will be understood as mere yellow drama.
