దిల్లీ: కోర్టు ధిక్కరణకు పాల్పడే విధంగా ట్వీట్లు చేసిన కేసులో న్యాయవాది ప్రశాంత్‌ భూషణ్‌కు భారత్‌ అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం నేడు శిక్ష ఖరారు చేసింది. దీనిలో భాగంగా ప్రశాంత్‌ భూషణ్‌కు ఒక్క రూపాయి జరిమానా విధిస్తూ సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు వెలువరించింది.సెప్టెంబర్‌ 15లోగా రూపాయిని కోర్టుకు డిపాజిట్‌ చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. డిపాజిట్‌ చేయకపోతే 3 నెలల జైలుశిక్ష , మూడేళ్లపాటు ప్రాక్టీస్‌ చేయకుండా నిషేధం విధిస్తామని తీర్పులో హెచ్చరించింది.

One of the most eminent lawyers of India , critized that current supreme court will be remembered as one of the worst in history .

SC judges took it as contempt of the institution itself but he insists that he is within his right to criticize any court and would not apologize . 

SC chickened out that by jailing him he would be made a hero , ordered him to pay R 1 as fine .

Both are different cases man. Prasanth Bhusan court ni thittaledhu. Critism and courts ni thittadam + baised ani apadhinchadam different things.

సుప్రీం కోర్టు సీనియర్‌ న్యాయవాది ప్రశాంత్‌ భూషణ్‌ జున్‌ 27న, 29న  చేసిన రెండు ట్వీట్లు వివాదాస్పదం అయ్యాయి. తొలి ట్వీట్‌లో ఆయన గతంలో పనిచేసిన నలుగురు సుప్రీం కోర్టు సీజేల పనితీరును తప్పుబట్టారు. 29న చేసిన ట్వీట్‌లో ప్రస్తుత చీఫ్‌ జస్టిస్‌  బోబ్డే లాక్‌డౌన్‌ నిబంధనలు ఉల్లంఘించారని, ఓ పార్టీ నాయకుడి బైకు నడిపారని ఆరోపించారు. దీంతోపాటు ఆయన సుప్రీం కోర్టు లాక్‌డౌన్‌లో ఉంచి పౌరులకు న్యాయాన్ని దూరం చేశారన్నది ఆ ట్వీట్‌ సారాంశం

ముఖ్యంగా రెండో ట్వీట్‌లో బైకు ఓ పార్టీ నాయకుడిదని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆ చిత్రంలో స్పష్టంగా హార్లీడేవిడ్‌సన్‌ లోగో ఉన్న టీషర్ట్‌ ధరించిన షోరూం సిబ్బంది కనిపిస్తున్నారు. అది షోరూమ్‌ నుంచి డెమో కోసం తెచ్చిన బైకుగా తేలింది. సీజే ఎస్‌ఏ బోబ్డేకు బైకులు అంటే ఇష్టం. ఆయన ఈ విషయాన్ని గతంలో 2019 అక్టోబర్‌ 31న ఓ ఆంగ్లపత్రికతో మాట్లాడుతూ కూడా చెప్పారు. తాను బుల్లెట్‌పై సవారీకి వెళ్లేవాడని పేర్కొన్నారు

Prasanth bhushan's criticism was on both Institution of SC and a direct personal attack on last four CJI's .  

Supreme court in its previous decision has said judges are not above criticism and no one can be punished for it . Mothaniki indian court's ni one rupee court's ga prove chesadu

Nature of contempt is different in both the cases. Criticism is different from Jaffas attack on court.

Can you please read the judgement of SC , they indicted him for criticism on the institution of supreme court itself not personal attack on the cheif justice of India .

Just take a minute to google the  case paper from SC , they are in public domain

Okay. what difference does it make? I didn't talk about personal attack on judges or CJI. Nature of contempt is different in both the cases. We can't expect jaffas will also pay 1 Rs because Prasant Bhushan is aked to pay 1 Rs. Wait for the judgement on jaffas and you will realize.

Supreme court oka rupayi viluva , high court ki pavala  .

Nature  of contempt is exactly the same , Prasanth bhushan said SC and CJI are acting as the long arm of BJP
