AP government did tie up with many firms to setup skill development centers  . Good initiative kadha , Andhra lo antha unskilled batch . Andhukey kia , sri City lo maximum tamilians since tamil nadu has a good education system especially the ITI's .

I think that’s the need of hour or perhaps, that’s has been the need for a decade now...ITI’s kavali manaki...unfortunately Telangana and AP lo ITI and Polytechnic education ante chinna choopu chustaru....Kerela and Tamil Nadu have excelled in ITI’s. 
 

Hopefully states realizes importance of ITI’s and recognize it on par with bachelors degree.

 There is no comparison with kerala , 90% of them have white collar jobs like managers , teachers , doctors , nurses , auditors , etc.

At best telugu white collar jobs are engineers

But Coimbatore, Dharwad-Hubli stretch has been an MSME hubs for a long time. 1980's lo Tamil Nadu la ITI establishments chesinaru state wide.  Diesel fitters, technicians, electrical helpers, AC repair, cooler repairs, wire harnessing, AC/DC motors etc lanti vaatilo Coinbatore is market leader..
