They are paid in exposure , most popular channels don't pay money . Infact people/organisation pay huge amount to republic to get primetime slot for their issues .. like republic was posting amaravathi farmer protests even though it is completely irrelevant topic for their target audience .

This interview alone would have cost a fortune , CBN is an irrelevant man in national politics after defeat , he is dead against arnab's masters but still gets the slot due to money
