Don't look at rent, it doesn't even cover half of basic interest on capital.

Ikkada invest better kontha..aa 96k (approsx ga 130k USD)..You can buy 300k house and rent  it( decent area chuskoni konali).Rent will pay mortgage easily..Lifelong rent vastundhi after pay off..India lo aa hyped rates ki invest cheytam waste and intrests rates very low here as of now..

Even if it is a small town, that is a good investment. Monthly income generation is just like a bonus for that price.
