2015 varaki etla vauthadi uncle .. after 1,2months it will go back to 2010 or 2011 and stay their for another 10years

2015 cuurent aindi ante..everyone with PD till 2015 date is eligible kada..majority of them will apply and get. After that inka back vellataniki who will be left ?
