Guys, if you have the opportunity to get GC EAD, please do not lose it. Dhaniki unde benefits dhaniki untayyi. 
 

elaghe dates current ainapudu, we missed the filing and while everyone got EADs, we were left with visa for good number of years.

EAD vachaka change iythe employer sponsorship avasaram ledu annaru. So mari gap between EAD and i485 application lo status ela maintain chestaru.

naku ardam iyindi enti ante EAD vachaka i485 apply chesi 180 days iythe u can change employers but the new job should have same responsibilities.

so EAD ravatam valla travel use thappa inkem unnatu ledu

E EAD stage dhati few years avthundi and I am not the primary applicant. So exact ga enti ani cheppalenu but memu aithey visa valla issues face chesam andhuke ela chepthunna. But in ur case, if u feel staying in visa is better, then be it. Me situation and decision-making me kante evaru cheyaleru salahalu ivvatam thappa, so u do what is best for u.

Can work for any employer can do multiple employments 

don’t have to be on H1 or L’1 ( but recommended to be on H1 )

India ki poyi revochu with i131 or some kind of parole ... mostly no problem but never know in future  ...

some chances of getting rejected but still comparatively good option

Na question enti ante EAD apply chestam since PD is before 2015, EAD vachindi anukundam but GC apply cheyalem since date is 2011.
