EB3 to EB2 downgrade and 485 not filing concurrently

Employer saying they will downgrade from EB2 to EB3 but don’t file 485 concurrently 

is any one in this situation?

Thanks bro, but employer saying it’s company policy we don’t do concurrently 

we do 485 only for approved I-140s antunnadu

he is.misleqding bro concurrently cheyakpaothe you will.miss October for sure afaik from 2 companies they agreed b to file concurrently,  also what is employer loosing concurrently vs separate

Agreed same with my company attorney told they will file concurrently and process should be done asap
