Akali is not the same one as it used to be headed by Prakash Singh Badal. same like Shiv Sena. Two most trusted and all weather allies are not with NDA anymore which is a good sign, scope for new friends in changing environment. Atleast NDA is not doing the same mistake as UPA, not depending on allies and constanlty changing dynamics.

its simple math. majority unte will not be blackmailed by allies

of course whenever there is reform there will be protests. there will be a gang which doesnt want change as they dont want their monopoly to end.

the rich farmers and middlemen are obviously upset as their tail is CUT now

Thats the reason protests are happening in Punjab and Haryana

AP and TG wont have that much effect  because Punjab and Haryana are always leaders in Farming sector

nuvve answer cheppi malla nuvve question aduguthav endhi? nuvve cheppinav 6500/60 lakh. yes they are the rich farmers. in punjab and haryana that % is a bit more but not more than 10%. they head the apmc and now their comission is cut so they are inciting protests

@hyperbole India lo rich farmers list tesukovadam chala kastam..agri income is tax free and no one files returns, neither the income is reported..

Secondly, oka 20 years back 25 acres vunna farmer was a rich farmer. imagine if he had two sons, Do you think those two sons will still be called as rich farmers after inheritance ?

Demographic changes valla, land ownership extent has been halving every 25 years...inkoka 10 years la average acre per farmer will be barely 5 acres and input costs to harvest costs in 5 acre plot will not match and entire agriculture will fail.

There is need to reform, agriculture ae kadu, agri marketing kuda chala important...

also some are saying that they are comfortable in selling under the price to local dealers coz atleast they are reachable these big corporates dont even pick up the calls.
