Everybody gets EAD. 2. Biden is elected and spillover from FB is stopped but reverse the crazy H1B rules. Everyone gets extensions. Hopeless Scenarios: 1. Trump gets reelected, H1B rules are not reversed and lifts the visa ban. Batuku kakinada busstand 2. Biden gets elected, removes FB spillover, doesn’t reverse H1B rules and S386 is buried.
