Hilly areas expensive emo inka

Looking back on aftermath  Chennai 2015 floods , practically nothing changed in the RE market .

Even the low lying areas , properties next to Adyar river , etc just had a stagnation for a year but the rates never went down . After one year everyone forgot about floods and they started appreciating

Remember my words after a year and see for yourself . Indian society is fickle and  will not change unless a huge disaster happens .

This rain did practically no damage when compared to 2015 Chennai one

Honestly speaking...floods valla chala damage ayindi, ipudu a mud clean aye varaku it will take few weeks and May be couple of months dust tho torture vuntadi...but 2 months, everything will be back to normal and no one even remembers this incident..

Once every twenty years problem...to avoid this problem, Govt’s need to spend 20k-30k in today’s value...malli inkoka 10 years tarvata cost will go up by another 10k crores

Dont see building a drainage as a solution...better to evacuate low lying areas and move them to alternate places and leave low lying places as it is..
