H1b wages are subject to change . It will be interesting how court replies on this

 

But most full-time employers are not filing the extension with new wages and simply keeping extension on hold.

Same with mestris also, none of them are filing extensions at the moment. H1B wages are subject to change but as per immigration law DOL should set the wages at prevailing level not at a level that is much higher that the prevailing level..

This is not new rule ...there is already existing rule to wages and they are subject to change

over the next 6-8 months, everyone with PD before Jan 1 2015 will get GC EAD.

How can you say H4 ead is a benefit. It is a benefit for consulting, vendor and clients and they can hire cheap desi h4 ead aunties for cheaper rates. Single income families are effected and pay rates are gone down of H4ead.

ade kada lawsuit file chesina valla point kooda, Engineering and IT fields lo unemployment is still very low like 3.5% so this DOL Wage Rule doesn't make sense ani valla argument. you are reading too much this wage rule and the other H1 rule. These 2 rules were more like an election stunt and both will be stuck down by courts very quickly. This administration will not even fight them, they just want to show the suburban US citizen tech workers that they are doing something about it for the elections that are coming up in 2 weeks.
