It will be interesting how court replies on this But most full-time employers are not filing the extension with new wages and simply keeping extension on hold. Quote

It is a benefit for consulting, vendor and clients and they can hire cheap desi h4 ead aunties for cheaper rates. Single income families are effected and pay rates are gone down of H4ead.
