Actually it's the other way. DOL has some leniency when it comes to wages but 1 year extension is nowhere in the immigration law and USCIS/POTUS can't change the immigration law through rule making. Also in the second rule their definition of employer-employee relationship is in direct conflict with IRS and DOL interpretations, so the second rule is a lot easier to be struck down compared to DOL wage hikes..

all other rules valla consultancies, witch companies ki bokka but wage rule is big hole to every us company that hires full time employees so do you really think they will let this rule stay?

Rendu rules potaay. DOL wage hikes valla chala Mandi FT employers got effected. They will not let the wages stay that high..

Wages will be updates every year on July 1st
