Fight chesinantha maathraana h1s ki favor ga vasthundhani guarantee undha? Courts can ask them to review the wages, but 1 year extension only may well be within their right. Ayina Ee wages kooda haven’t been updated for a long time ani vinna. If that is the case then they may have a point too..

Actually it's the other way. DOL has some leniency when it comes to wages but 1 year extension is nowhere in the immigration law and USCIS/POTUS can't change the immigration law through rule making. Also in the second rule their definition of employer-employee relationship is in direct conflict with IRS and DOL interpretations, so the second rule is a lot easier to be struck down compared to DOL wage hikes..

Rendu rules potaay. DOL wage hikes valla chala Mandi FT employers got effected. They will not let the wages stay that high..

Wages will be updates every year on July 1st
