Oh... I was saying its possible if 485 alone needs to be filed. If you need to file 140 (for downgrade/whatever they call) then yes, you are at the mercy of your company.

Naadhi straight case in fact I filled everything before lawyer contacted me.company policy kaakapothe that we cannot file I would have sent by now
