Other than health , you can take calls , view messages and reply , track fitness stats or exercise , alarms etc and do few more things which your phone can do here in watch itself..

Active watches are  good , fitbit usually drops dead after 1.5-2 years

what I feel is ppl who arent disciplined in terms of health need these kinda stuff thinking that buying an smart wearable device will help them but I don't think it will help.

most of the stuff phone tracks too apple tracks steps, scale ki connect chesukovachu, wahoo app gives you the tracking.

sleep monitoring -- grey area; to get sound sleep you have to stop using mobile or electronic devices atleast an hour ani antar so why do need a wearable around you. why can't someone minimize radiation that they are exposed with these why add another device to our body alreay, phone, bluetooth headphones became a norm, why again wearable, not to forget smart keys of cars too in the list.

basically I use garmin around the heart monitor that too when I am doing cardio outside to track my best readings ( adi kuda cousin valla intlo khaliga vuntey elagoo nuvvu vadav ani techchukunna-- battery issues raavu daniki coz it will use 2032 battery so can be changed.
