You can buy sell stocks on h4 h1b f1 but no day trading. Day trade only if you have any form of ead. Opt ead is also not eligible for day trade.

Thanks bro, day trade ante at any point of time same day ,same stock we can buy and sell? Or any stock can’t buy and sell same day, or is it like there is limit like 5 times a day something like that

Who said day trading is like second job ? How is it different from normal stock trading ?

But no one tracks or cares. 

IRS might say something if you report and they audit in future.
