Downgrade EB2 to EB3

EB2 I140 ni amdenment chesara or filing new I140 using the same labor of EB2?

 

Heard that filing new I140 with EB2 labor USCIS is not accepting the applications and returning the applications?

How? H1 amendment deny aithe you still have original petition valid. Same applies everywhere. Amendment is change in existing petition and it won’t change original petitions approval.

No, they won't and they cannot. Everything is independent to that petition only.

Ledu for downgrade cases there is no way you will have original PERM. It's a chicken and egg problem..
