If you have smart people here , China will always be behind in Intellectual property.

China has crossed US now in IP thanks to restrictive immigration policies by Republicans.

NRA cannot be touched who ever wins the elections. Since you keep bringing up gun control, I will ask you this. During BLM protests, the protesters broke open the gate to a private street and went into a private street in St. Louis. A couple held guns in their hands to protect their household. This is precisely what the Second amendment grants to it's citizens from the constitution. They have a right to protect their property by showing firearms. Because the protesters already broke open the gate to a private street and went inside, it is very likely that they could damage private property. So, would you say that the Second amendment cannot guarantee their right to protect their property?

Having guns in the house increases the probability of gun owner to get shot.

There have to be restrictions. People who aren't mentally stable should be able to have guns.

The number of rounds should be restricted.

No assault weapons....no hundred rounds.

 

This would decrease the power of NRA.

How much arms you can carry depends on the state you live in, it's easier to get a gun in Missouri than in California. The laws are state specific, what does that have to do with the federal government?
