Sudha had been trying for story from G.R.Gopinath for more than 10 years. She took one Telugu producer and he didn't show interent. After some time he agreed when she approched again along with producer Guneet Monga. When Sudha sent the initial draft to Surya, he wanted to produce. I guess, they worked out and Surya and Guneet produced together. And estimated remunation for Surya 20Cr. He donated 1.5 Cr to film industry for people affected by Covid.
