South has been more liberal and progressive than north. Imagine a quarter of population occupying 35% of the land scape and has history of stable civilization's for centuries and compare the same with 60% of the population living in 55% of land, whose geographical struture, political boundaries, invasions, backwarness and over population, and thanks to socialist propaganda, North cannot match the pace of South's progressiveness. 

Its good if it can be 'both ways' but people migrate to prosper regions but not the other way around kada..
