I don't disagree with your point here but touting UP as a role model for any state is shameful . 

They are bragging that UP is developing but the matter is they are leaching money off southern states / maharastra for UP development . 

Let yogi develop UP with same share as Telangana then I will accept it is a great model , until then UP is a failed state that is a burden to rest of the states

All I am saying is , UP is developing with funds from states like Telangana , Karnataka , maharastra and their politicians should be grateful for that . 

Instead BJP media and IT cell spread that UP is doing miracles while the reality is they are stealing a disproportionate amount of funds from center , that is not development more like leeching money from others , if it happens at the same rate other states will become poor in 10-15 years

Hopefully our states will also improve economically ( gdp growth ). Polavaram ayitey definitely impact untundhi . Hope it will in near  future
