Which Bryani masala do you use from indian stores?

likewise gasket acts as sealant. And I put it on stove for 10-15mins and biryani is ready. Ofcourse you need some practice to get it perfect though but in cooker also you get perfect dum biryani

2 bay leaves

Spoonful of stone flower 

6-8 kabab chini ( not all spice )

1 marathi mogga 

Pinchful kasoori methi leaves 

Dry roasted on slow flame until they perfume  and then ground to fine powder  just before the need to marinate the meat.

Sizes vary kada myan  big  untey 2

Nenu dhaniya, cardamom, cinnamon , cloves , marati mogga, Banda puvvu , javitri, Star Anise, black cardamom , 1 or 2 bay leafs, jajikaya, black pepper , jeera & pinch of sajeera manchiga dry roast chesi garam masala prepare chestha... few people also add dry rose flakes & dry Anar seeds. Chala spices manaki dhorakavu... But almost 25 dhaka add chestharu kondharu

No anardana in hyd biryani masala 

Find khas ki jhad and add it if possible
