House is blocking adding the bill over the “China” provision and saying that CAPAC Caucus is saying it is offensive to the Chinese immigrants

They have asked Rick Scott to remove remove replace the word “Chinese Communist” with “All communist” (which will also include “Chinese Communists”) but Rick Scott is being totally unreasonable and not agreeing to accommodate this change
