My friend’s dad got covid in nellore, it needed mla recommendation to get entry into hospital, same scene in Vijayawada too with my relative

Shutdown or controlled mechanism lo kakunda anni open cheseyali ante, how do u bridge the gap of containing the spread ? Y are countries like Australia/Uk who are down financially are mandating rules in their nation to control the spread ?
