I feel this is some what serious... Spam emails ekkuvayyay baaga mentioning my password in the body.

Change to strong password every week

change all your credit cards.. bank account.. login I’d & pwd.. also nee devices loney problem yemo.. clean them up first...

its a very grave situation, chala serious situation.

delete all your data, change passwords, close accounts, change SSN, get a new pair of eyes for iris scans and new skin for finger prints, change the skin color, height, blood group, change your name, DOB, mother and father's name, change all of your routine habit, like stop eating biryani and start steaks...

keep repeating above steps every  month for rest of your life.

Take membership of lifelock or similar, add your details like ssn, phone , credit card, bank account, address...etc keep monitoring what is compromised 

Use password manager, vpn client, anti virus..etc

Lifelock or similar products offer Identity restoration services , just research about it
