Attended atleast 12 -14 atleast in 1 year... 3 of them passed rest all dobinaiee.. not to scare you but this is the round where they really check if you really don’t in team ... reference antey google chee those are all dynamic questions and your answers should be very polished and political... you tube lo byteby byte gadu baganey explanation inchandu how to tackle ...

Thank You macha, which technology and which role have you attended.. and with in the 12-14 were you part of Deloitte..

Never considered giving interviews with services based companies... I was applying for SE-level 3 positions

Lead position kabatti.. at least a few will be on how you would manage a team.. starting from hire to fire.. like what do you look for when interviewing a resource to be part of your team.. to how you would resolve conflicts amongst team members etc.. how you would do a performance review..

Good Luck.. don’t be tensed.. prepare well and be composed.. you will do just fine..👍

Asalu oko saari endhuku reject chestaaro teliyadhu after behavioral interview. Anni super ga answer chessaanu but rejected with no explanation. Cheppi  vunte next time cover cheyavachu.

How do u resolve conflicts between ur team members.

 

One of your team member is not performing well. How do u handle.

How do u influence other teams.. list goes on.

Thank you, ante naa doubt is if we apply for a technical position or Nontechnical , will the pattern of questions remains same or Based on the role and technology they ask the questions .. for example if the role is solution designing, will the questions be like providing a design scenario and ask for the approach on the solution or design.

Ask the recruiter to get the feedback from interviewer, it helps in next interviews.
