Startups ni nammaku. They are highly instable. Top level management lo evado okadu okka bad decision theeskunna company sudden ga upside down authundhi. 95% of the startups fail. But luck unte 1 or 2 millions earn cheyyochu from the stock options.

Chinna company nundi pedda daniki move avali ante it takes good amount of time and risk.. unless you are well connected with people at big companies it is a riskier move.. why dont u try for big companies instead many firms are offering huge packages both mental peace and money

Nee career nee choice 😅

true. but whatever it is when you ask a question, others can only provide input from their own perspective. end of the day OP needs to self summarize and make a call

asalu nee priority enti... Paisal or learn new technology, I seriously doubt whether you will get adjusted with new environment since you are already in comfort zone, For next 1 year you have to spend considerable amount of time to get into the new technology...

Startups are little risky but you can demand more money once you settle down there... as I was Citizen I did not felt uncomfortable when they closed the business after 2 years due to lack of funding,

if you make contingency plans ahead means get in touch with a desi mestry or your friends in any consulting firm like Capgemini/ EY/ Delloitte /CGI/ Kforce  etc. , then it would not be an issue for you...

One of the best thing with startups is your brain will be sharp so when you come out of it , it would not be tough for you to get a job from another company..
