Complicate issue bro.. especially selling Indian properties... if your parents are capable of handling the paperwork it is easy for you.. otherwise it would be tiresome for you.

Easy thing is hire an agent and sell the property to that guy for 3 to 4 lakhs less than the market value. He will buy it which will be less painful to you... he takes care of everything...

2 things....

did u buy it for legal white money whole amount.? if yes, then CPA will be able to handle it easily and u pay tax on the gain, and able to get that money legally here.

kaadu takkuva ki register chesi..ippudu gain amount mottam white chupinchali ante..u will over pay the tax....but still white aitadi. u need to find one buyer who can buy it in white.

 

if u want to over complicate things...then sell it at market rate or bit less..and in future u need to be ready to answer any audits regarding that money showing up in ur account. enta slow ga nuvvu techukunna..within one year lo ne kada techedi....

dont trust friends and relatives in this matter...aa mellaga pampistaru le ani. just cautioning.
