There is no definite meaning of sexual harassment...if the woman feels uncomfortable with the actions of the men then they call it mostly as harassment...oka classis example: maa office lo oka 60+ years supervisor unnadu...he sits close to the door and he usually opens the door for everyone if he is close and he used to open the door for a 18 year old girl who was working as an intern...she complained to the HR that he is harassing her by opening the door...many women in the office took his side but he still was given warning same as me...

So most offices not equipped to tackle this in a serious and fair manner.

Just giving out warnings like lollipops.

Even if offices are equipped to tackle them, how would you control if the two parties did something outside workplace? Should the company control the private lives of it employees?  There if one more dilemma about the both parties had done thing with consent at the point of time, and then one party in later point of time accused sexual harassment?

Looks like there are so many questions than solutions .

What did he do? Don't say they fired him over something trivial.

Nothing to do with liberal. No company is liberal. They are in business to make profits.

I understand that it is nothing to do with liberal. I am trying to point hypocrisy of a corporate which claimed it is liberal.

These are not hard questions. Company doesn't interfere in personal matters and ask people to declare if they are in a relationship, and discourage relationships between managers and employees.

What shameless has said are just silly. I'm sure they all count against the girl in question. Surely theres no company tolerates crap complainers like that.

Rubin can sue Google if he thinks he was unfairly asked to resign.
