Wait until 3 weeks after the first set of people receive their second booster shot... it takes upto 6 weeks for the anti bodies to be formed or any side effects to come out.. 

So, follow the news for about 6 weeks and then take a decision.. by that time, the supply chain issues will also be resolved..
