Is PMP worth it? I have a PhD in Pharmaceutical engineering stream

assess yourself..follow or want to be followed.. then decide.. lot of desis are there in management position....

This is correct. The pay in industry is usually 3 times more than academia.

yea with decent experience it's easy to get into management.

I can suggest you a way to get a job as Pharmacy Manager.

Its possible in norway, the only thing you have to learn is norwegian language upto B2 level
