Webdev Posted March 30, 2021 Report Posted March 30, 2021 My attorney says EAD is not required, as my H1 is valid until 2023.saying if we apply EAD it is valid for 1 year only.I work as full time employee, Company & candidate need to elect wheher to go for EAD.Initially they said they will apply after getting 485 + eb3 140 downgrade receipts.By June it will be 6 months for pending 485 + i-140. I'm thinking to discuss on this with my HR to apply for EAD. If my wife uses EAD(she is currently on h1 valid 2023) will it effect my H1? Quote
