Checked history they applied in September end but reciept generated October 1st week

So 219 but those got approved today I think those are ROW

Usually RFIE will be sent on 485 if they find missing supporting documents like Birth certificate, Photos, Medical etc..

If you are taking from Grama Panchayat, then you should also notarize with her both parents to attest along with that. Then it should be ok.

Looks like LIN is approving lot of backlog cases say very old series from 2012-2018 which is where is it costing more time to bring those applications back to life. Also MSC doesn’t handle 140’s so they are being hit badly I guess. Prioritizing the PP 140’s first.
