Eb1 too much pending backlog bro. I doubt if eb1 spill over will be that huge. As consulates are reopening eb1 numbers will raise. 

I have doubts over eb2 getting huge vertical spill over from eb1. But it will surely get horizontal spill over from eb2 ROW. So atleast some hope for eb2. But Eb3 matram surely cream biscuit. Majority of ROW is eb3.
