If you want to use AP and want to.maintain h1 ,

Yiu will be entered as parole status

you can go to.mexico or Canada and come into country with automatic revalidation and your h1 will have no issues

i765 ki Premium Processing kani allow chesthe .. all issues gone ani na udhesam .. with that being said .. i know few folks who used EAD for more than 5yrs

they expanded the usage of PP. but they never implemented it. already most cases are being delayed , they will not add more traffic.

If 485 ki emina aithe entire application will be gone out of status

Renewal correct time lo kakapotge in case of delays yiu cannot travel until your ap is approved at least h1 mida you can go

Ead 6 minths work cheuskpvochu but ap you cannot travel

New 485 you cannot file if you are thinking about eb2 if yiu are in eb3 you can interfile

 

 

@csrcsr are you sure we can work for 6 months after GC EAD expiry? 

 

this is what I found on web, 

Once you receive your GC EAD and begin working it is typically valid for one year. You must renew your EAD within 180 days of expiring, otherwise after the expiration date you will no longer be legally permitted to work in the US.

yes PP will solve our issues but we can expedite the request kada by sending letter from company HR or manager stating we will lose job if it is not approved on time ani
