if you have not used ead usually no issues to your h1 extension if 140 has problme (ususaally if its approved it should not) then it might be issue for extension

Already discussed question emo, if I missed in this forum. Naadhi PD Jan 2014, got EAD based on EB3 I-140 ( EB2 to EB3 downgrade)  . Planning to use EAD...want to confirm on this 

EAD vaadithe with a new employer,  interfiling to EB2 in future ok kada ?
