My PD is June 1 2012 and it is current from this month but I don’t have my i140 approved it is pending approval in reg processing. My 485 is pending with eb3 and it went to TSC. Now should I upgrade to premium and interfile? Or just don’t do anything and let it take it’s own sweet time in eb3. Will they allow i140 premium? Is it a hit and miss? Quote

Now they are saying I have to pay out of pocket. Quote
