485 (GC), Ead , AP, Spillover issues

my pd is jan 2016, eb2 with mesthri.

recently took full time with client and unfortunately client gadu eb3 lo file chesadu and 140 approved.

Client not willing to file in eb2 as of now and mesthri is okay if i move back.

should i Consider to go back with my pd or better to wait.

Ok 485j NBC and oka 485J transferred back to NSC (NBC to NSC)

@fasak_vachadu uncle enduku antha frustration ? 2-3 jobs chesi ... money save chesi em chesthaav health naasanam ayina tarvaatha ? naku telisina 2011 batch ye inka wait chestunaru to get GC .. but they are peace with that .. becos, frustrate ayina uscis ki em farak padadhu ..

Interfile ki receipt notice vachinda ba?

Interfiled without 485j this is another process if applying 140 new/amendment. I went with amendment just for premium processing. Now i140

approved. Yesterday called uscis he says some update on 6/14 for 485 he could not tell me what update. I am thinking interfile updates to 485.

Naa priority date September 2012(eb2) & receipt date November 2021. NBC ki vellayi docs but my 485 got transferred to texas service center. 765 & 131 NBC lone vunayi so couple of weeks back EAD approve ayyindhi. 
 

looking at TSC processing speeds I don’t expect 485 to be approved in next 8-12 months, can I change my employer now with EAD. What documents do I need to submit for 485j?? Does it reset my 485 processing??…
