Not completely sure. 485J notice arrives a bit later than the rest. In my case it was 7 days, but cud vary based on USPS delivery times.

When is ur exact pd date? Uscis mentioned only fad can file 485 this bulletin,  so only people before dec 01 2014 can file it

very good decision bro. 2020 downgraders athiga avesha padi, ekkuva aasha padi bokka borla paddaru.... ippatikuda dikku ledu. just happy with ead/ap which is useless.
