not sure bro. didn’t get a call from tier2 today. emma agent said my case is still with NBC and she couldn’t see any info related to FO.

 Six  passport-style photographs (2 each for 485, 131 parole and 2 for EAD – Employment card- Please write the name of the person with a pencil behind each photograph – family name/surname should be capitalized).

 

 A copy of a government-issued identity document with photograph.  Passport, Driver licensee 

 

 A copy of your birth certificate (if unavailable or does not exist, provide other acceptable evidence of birth such as church, school, or medical records, and proof of unavailability or nonexistence, if applicable)

 

 Inspection and admission, or inspection and parole documentation – Form I-94

 

 Documentation of immigrant category, such as a copy of Form I-797, Approval or Receipt Notice, for the immigrant petition (unless you are filing your Form I-485 with the petition, such as Form I-140)

 

 Evidence you continually maintained a lawful status since arriving in the United States – include EACH and EVERY Approval Notices for your visa status.

 

 Confirmation of job offer (on Form I-485 Supplement J (if applicable)

 

 

 Certified police and court records of all criminal charges, arrests, or convictions regardless of final disposition (if applicable)

 

 Applicant’s Birth Certificate (if not in English, need Certified Translations), (Birth certificate must be registered with the government civil authority, registrar of Births and Deaths and Marriages), 

 

 If you do not have birth certificate, YOU NEED to obtain non-availability of birth certificate from civil authority from your country, and if/or your name is not listed on birth certificate, provide two affidavits (Sample attached) from two different individuals, also get a High School certificate, or other relevant documents from civil authorities of the country of your birth, birth certificate affidavit must show the names of both your parents ( It is a must);

 

 All current and previous Marriage and Divorce Certificates, Death Certificate, including annulment, w/certified Translations (if applicable)

 

 Female’s prior marriage certificate is MUST; (if applicable) (If not in English, need certified translation), if no marriage certificate available, provide two sworn/notarized affidavits from two different individuals,  (need sample, let us know);

 

 Copies of ALL current and prior passport, visa and I-94 (all entry/exit pages only- NO blank pages). (All previous I-20s, IAP-66, EADs, I-94 (if available); I-20s  and visa status.

 

 Copies of all prior/current H-1Bs, EADs, OPTs, H-4, L-1 Any other I-797s; 

 

 Driver’s license or ID and social security (or TIN #s) cards of all applicants;

 

 If you are currently employed, need most current 3 pay slips and most current W-2.

 

 Please provide only copies, we do not need originals but USCIS may ask you any time.

 😨Anukuna bro the moment it goes to local field office I suspected I hate sf office  naku nachadu sf office that's OK yiu will get notice soon , usually from the notice date it's 30 days lead time

So your case updated to interviee scheduled?? If so

Yiu can safely assume your interview will be on September 20thish 

 

Interviews are not bad at all but time consuming its ok number allocate ayi untadi else you will be approved in the next fiscal immediately good luck bro are you in US?? If not I suggest you to come fast and prepare interviee docs
