my dob year is 1986. So it’s too late it seems.

afaik, Non Availability Certificate kavali bro if your BC is late registered. I submitted late registered certificate along with NABC and affidavits.

I think so oka sari attorney ni sdugu inka emina 10th class or pan card alantivi petamabtadu emo voter card adhar card etc jaldi pampandi almost there good luck bro

Govt e ga BC ichindhi.. malli letter from Gov  Agency endhi?

Affidavits ante parents nunchi istham ..easy avvi

What letter from Gov agency they need?  Non availability certificate unadhu e case as Birth is registered now.

if you are registering late your birth, they would first check the system and issue you a non-availability certificate indicating that they have verified and not found your entry in the birth registrar.

Then they would recommend for late registration of your birth i.e., entry into birth registrar and issue you a BC with the late registration date.

This is why USCIS does not accept late registered BC and would need NABC along with secondary evidences like affidavits, 10th certificate etc.
