sad part is that if there is significant delay they will move the cases back from field offices. hopefully some good movement next month

What happens to applications at FO where rfe responded on 09/06 will they send back to nbc or be at fo

I think they have to cinema to logical conclusion li ke case regressed , crp etc then goes to nbc nemo bro , NY friends last year he had only eb3  at nbc but once pre adjudicated it will be suto approved anukunta bro

It’s been a week rfe ki responded but online status still remains at transfer not sure when they will attach medicals ,tier-1 and emma they can’t see  medicals attached or not

See below link for USCIS procedures. Here is what happens at FO. Each file will have a worksheet attached that says whether the applicant is assigned or not. Those applications that dont have visa numbers will have a notation saying case approvable upon visa availability.
