ya but most of the cases got case status changed to approved on the same day of interview

@csrcsr Got I-485 receipt showing priority date as Sep 2022 which is my EB1 priority date. My EB2 priority date is Jun 2020. Since EB1 India priority date is now retrogressed to Feb 2022 do we need to correct it in I-485 receipt? Or USCIS will take care of it ?
 

Filing apudu attorney AOS filing lo we will request USCIS note the earlier priority date annadu but epudu receipt chusthe new priority date vundhi

Your attorney can raise the Service request bro, to correct it , but this was very common during the oct 2020 rush many dates were reflecting last 140 approved pd

 

AS long as your attorney requested to port it should be fine , ask attorney to raise sr or tier 2 to make sure this is solved

I think your review is done but advice u to keeping ready there are alternate docs like adar ssc etc etc but easy is non availability
