you won't get rfe. affidavits and birth certificates non availability picha lite. My birth certificate doesn't have my complete name, so I got affidavit from india and submitted. No questions on this in interview. He approved case immediately and got gc in week

He may be okay with it, but State department says, we must obtain no-availability certificate

When the dates becomes current, they will do a final review again and if another officer see it and goes by the book, they will issue an RFE. Just be ready with it just in case. For now, dates current ayye varaku you are ok. 2014 PD aithe 6-7 years padthadi

Only GC because EAD has authorization that expires. Even though GC has an expiry date, its a mere placeholder. work authorization is indefenite and unrestricted.
